OISB is proud of its high-quality products which comply to ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management requirements. Our manufacturing plants in Malaysia are registered with the National Quality control body SIRIM Malaysia.

RAWAK Low Voltage System has distribution boards have passed through the IEC 61439-2 type testing on DEKRA Lab, which meets the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Power industries requirement.

Technical Resources & Manpower

The division consolidates the provision of supervisory services and to co-ordinate the available resources and from reliable manpower contractors. It enables clients to obtain a wide range of specialist technical services through one source. The main spheres of activity are as follows :

The secondment of operation and maintenance staff offshore

The secondment of commissioning and process operators with experience in most petrochemical processes

The secondment of qualified engineers to work within client’s own management teams.

Contracts are arranged to satisfy client needs and can range from short-term hire through to long term secondment for one individual person or a team of multi-disciplined specialist.

Production

The Installation / Construction division provides a vital link in OISB’s ability to provide an integrated service to the petrochemical and allied process industries. The division works in close liaison with the engineering department or directly with the client as required by the contract.

The division has to acquire substantial expertise in the installation of all types of mechanical works, instrumentation, process control and electrical systems from single loops to highly complex integrated circuitry with computer control.

Particularly high standard of works is ensured by the employment of highly experienced project engineers, site engineers and key tradesman that from the nucleus of each site team.
